Sports and culture

Our people are what make us unique. Rather than outsourcing our construction engineers from questionable outsourcing establishments, we provide them with an environment that supports professional growth.

We are strong believers in giving our employees a voice. Our teams are put together with the help of our resident psychologist to ensure maximum productivity and engagement.

Education

Educating is a cornerstone of The Crowns Project, which serves as a powerful voice for men's health issues. This initiative is dedicated to securing funding and influencing policy decisions, ensuring that men are not only informed about prostate cancer but also have tangible access to treatments. By collaborating with healthcare providers, The Crowns Project facilitates comprehensive outreach programs, aiming to provide men with all necessary information regarding treatment pathways and post-treatment resources, thereby empowering them to make informed health decisions.

Compete for the Crown

Fraternities United
In the Fight Against Prostate Cancer

The inaugural "Compete for a Cause" event, spearheaded by The Crowns Project, marks a significant stride in the fight against prostate cancer. This annual competition unites fraternities and sororities across Ohio in a collaborative challenge that transcends mere rivalry, fostering community bonds and emphasizing the importance of men's health. Recognizing their commitment, the triumphant group is honored with a bespoke plaque, crafted by an Ohio artist. This year's theme, "Sowing Hope," encapsulates the vision that disseminating knowledge can cultivate hope—a sentiment artistically embodied in the Art Nouveau-inspired plaque, intended to be a cherished prized collection piece.
